Our collaboration with Innosuisse in organizing and moderating Design Thinking workshop days has been an enriching experience. We worked on various projects, organized workshops tailored to discuss business and technical challenges, and ensured the moderation of debates.
Geneva City Roof Cadastre
For Project 1, which involved creating a cadastre of the roofs of the city of Geneva using artificial intelligence and aerial imaging, we organized two workshop days. The first day took place in Geneva and allowed us to understand the business needs, while the second day in Bern focused on the technical requirements. We gathered over 30 participants for these hybrid workshop days.
Automated DevOps Pipeline
For Project 2, which focused on creating an automated DevOps pipeline, we organized two remote workshop days. We brought together 20 participants, and the discussions centered around idea sorting, prioritization, and sharing challenges among the different project stakeholders.
“Work-Life Balance” for Swisstopo
Project 3 aimed to improve the well-being of Swisstopo employees at work. We organized a workshop day during which 30 participants engaged in discussions and workshops in both German and French: a retrospective of the COVID-19 situation, imagining a perfect work environment, improving internal collaboration processes, the roadmap, and concrete actions.
